BSNL HQ BUILDING PROJECT:

General

• Covered area of typical floor: 3000 sq. Mtr.

A. Electrical System

• Two independent feeders supply from electrical supply company.
• 2 No. 11 kV/ 433 volt Transformer of 1000 KVA capacity.
• Vacuum Circuit Breaker for 11 kV system with numerical relays for 11 kV and electronic release for 415 volts.
• 2 nos. DG set of 1000 KVA capacity each with AMF feature for standby supply.
• Energy efficient Luminaries with time based control of 33%, 66% and 100%.
• Special provision of occupancy based sensors in Board room, conference hall , CMD, and Directors areas.
• 480 KVA UPS backup for emergency lighting at critical locations and computers and monitoring services
• Provisions of electrical risers by sandwiched insulated compact bus risers.
• Automatic Power factor improvement capacitor panel.
• Automatic water supply system in various tanks and hydro-pneumatic system for toilets.

B. Building Management System

• Electronic Access control cards attendance system on each floor.
• CCTV monitoring and recording inside & outside the building with digital DVR’s.
• Monitoring and control of Electrical Equipments like Air-conditioning system, substation, D.G. sets, Elevators sets, fire fighting system pumps etc.
• 4 nos., 12 passenger capacity Elevators upto 9th floor and 2 Nos.12 passengers upto 6^th floor and 2000kg capacity freight Elevators form basement to 9^th floor..
• Monitoring of addressable Fire Detection system for building and various equipment rooms.
• Monitoring of condition based periodical maintenance of equipments installed
• Emergency Public address system with talk back.

C. Air-Conditioning System

• Energy efficiency, automatic capacity controlled, 3 nos 100 TR Air Cooled roof top chillers and 2 Nos VAM with CNG/ Diesel fired Air conditioning system suitable for both cooling and heating purpose.
• Floor wise AHU system.
• Provision of independent FCU’s for critical areas.
• Provision of Fire Dampers to regulate Air Conditioning in case of fire.
• Air Conditioning System controlled through Building Management System for energy efficiency.
• Ventilation system for both the basements. Stair case and Lift shafts by Inlet and Exhaust Propellers/Fans.

D. Fire Detection and Protection System

• Fire Detection and Suppression system as per National Building Code and Delhi Fire Services norms.
• Wet riser System and hydrants for internal and external building purpose.
• Analogue addressable Fire Detectors of different types suiting to the locations integrated with the Building Management System and Public Address System.
• Water sprinkler System in the building and Common Services Areas.
• Automatic high Velocity water spray system for 33kV Outdoor Transformers.
• Pressurization of Lift Lobby, Lift well and Staircases to prevent Spreading of Fire.
• Underground and Overhead storage tank for Fire Protection System with Automatic Pumping sets Jockey pump, standby Diesel driven Pumps, all integrated with the Building Management system.
